Booking Reservation Terms: Subject to availability.
Online, phone, or in-person bookings accepted. Valid ID is required. Full payment is required upfront or at
check-in.

A security deposit of Rs5,000 is required prior to check-in at the property and Rs10,000 in case of an event, and
will be refunded following checkout or the conclusion of the event.

Staycation Check-in/Check-out: Check-in: 3 PM, Check-out: 11 AM.
Early check-in /Late check-out subject to availability.

Pet Responsibilities: We kindly advise against bringing pets to our resort for the comfort and enjoyment of all guests.

Resort Policies: Compliance with rules required. Right to refuse service or evict for policy violation.

Noise Policies: In case of an event with DJ / sound systems which is above the permissible levels then you
have to obtain the necessary sound licenses from the competent authorities.

Smoking, Alcohol, Permits and License policy:

Mandatory liquor license has to be obtained by the guest and submit it to us on the booking date. If any
deviations / violations noticed, then the guest is solely responsible for the punishments and penalties etc
Anti-social activities like drugs, hooka etc are prohibited inside the property. Guest is solely responsible for all punishments and penalties etc

Safety and Security: Bursting of crackers is strictly prohibited inside the property

Damage and liability : If any damages and theft caused to the property during the booking then guest is
liable for the expense or repair of the damage and management will have right to recover the incurred
expenses from the guest. Resort not liable for loss/damage , Guests advised to secure belongings.

Parking and vehicle regulations : guests and their invitees have to park their vehicles in the allotted areas
by the management. If any violations reported then the penalty amounts shall be borne by the guest only.
Guests are advised to arrange paid valet services for smooth parking of the cars in the allotted areas.

Cancellation policy: Non-refundable rates apply, no refunds for cancellations.

Health and Safety Standards: Guests have to adhere to health and safety regulations

Force Majeure: Resort not liable for delays due to uncontrollable events. By booking ,you agree to these
terms.
